Chester was surrendered to the shelter by his owner. He has live ticks crawling over him and he has not had a bath in years. Dogs coming from the street are sometimes in better shape than him, coming from a home.
Chester is a very gentle dog and deserves better. He is sweet, cuddly and he loves human attention. Just a teddy. He is friendly with all other dogs. Very playful. He walks well on the leash.
