Cello was brought to us from a municipal pound. From this pound they like to send “non-adoptable dogs”. These that they don´t want, that are difficult, scared, that will never get adopted so if it is for life, let someone else take care of them.
Of course we are sorry for Cello but it is another dog that will stay in the shelter for life without any financial support.
Cello is very scared. He is petrified at human touch. He feels minimally safe in his kennel but outside, he is in panic. He walks on the leash but his eyes are darting everywhere as if he expected danger to come from any side. What happened in his past… we will never know. But it is terrible.
Cello is friendly with other dogs.
