Story, Personality, Others:
Freddie was surrendered to the shelter because he got manage and his owner preferred to dump him in the shelter then treat him. We had him treated! When he was brought, he was missing fur all over his body. With medication, spot-ons and regular bath he got healthy and the fur grow and he is like not the same dog. There are still some bald spots on his back but it is just a question of time that the fur grows there.
Freddie is very gentle and gets easily attached to people. He likes attention, he likes to be stroked and he really enjoys being bathed. He walks well on the leash and he is used to living in a home. However we suspect he does not like staying alone as when he stays alone in some situations in the shelter he cries.
Freddie generally gets along with other dogs, but with some males he might have a problem. There is no rule, he is fine with most boys and some boys he just does not like. With females no problem.
