Scotty was surrendered to the shelter with his brother by his ex-owner. The owner did not have his dog sterilised, the dog had puppies, the puppies were unwanted, no friends or neighbours wanted to adopt them so they ended up in the shelter.

Scotty is a gentle puppy who loves people and is social with other dogs. He deserves better.
