Story, Personality, Others:

Maysa was adopted from the shelter when she was a puppy. She has grown up in a home. Unfortunately when she reached maturity she started to have conflicts with another female dog at home, it was always about the attention of their owners. There were fights and dogs got wounded. The owners tried to work with the dogs with the help of the trainer but there was no improvement. They decided to return Maysa to the shelter.

Maysa is very gentle with people. But she can become possessive about her people and this is why she should be the only dog at home. Now that she is in the shelter and she is surrounded by many dogs we have not noticed an aggressive attitude towards her companion but at home, with “her people”, it could happen again.

Maysa grew up with children and loves children. She is very gentle and playful with them. She walks well on the leash, she is houseclean and used to living in a home.

She is very scared now in the shelter. This is a place she does not know, she only spent a few weeks there as a puppy and she is in panic. She probably knows she will never go back to her home and her family. She is desperate. Very unhappy.
