Fips was surrendered to the shelter by his owner together with another dog. Poor dogs are old and they have suffered years of neglect. They deserve better. Fips fur was in a terrible state, he needed to be shaved.
Fips is very sweet, gentle, cuddly and friendly. He is lovely with people, social with other dogs and he walks well on the leash. He has a heart murmur and needs lifetime medication.
