A woman adopted Doris as a puppy but she was already unwell, she was sick, sad and depressed and she thought puppy would cheer her up. Well, this should not be a reason to get a puppy. Her sickness was long term, she only got worse with time, which unfortunately was to be expected, and she had to be taken to the hospital. She did not make any arrangements for the dog so poor Doris stayed several days alone in her apartment until finally her vet arrange to rescue her.
Doris was brought to the shelter. She resulted to be a lovely, gentle and friendly dog. She is sweet, social with people, obedient and enjoys human attention. She is friendly and very playful with other dogs. She walks well on the leash. She is used to living in a home.
