Story, Personality, Others:
Black was adopted from us 7 years ago. For 7 years he had a home and the shelter had occasional news. Until a few weeks ago when Black was found tied to the fence of the shelter one night… And his book of vaccinations (with the vaccinations way out of date) in the post box. He could have run away from home and got lost but the book of vaccination could only come from an owner. These cowards since then did not pick up the phone nor replied the emails.
How low do people have to fall to tied the dog to a fence of the shelter after having the dog for 7 years? How low they have to be on even being able to show the face?
Black deserves more respect than that! He is a lovely dog, very gentle with people, social and friendly. He is nice with other dogs. Basically he seems as unproblematic as a perfect dog can be! He deserves better.
