Malia had two owners, both neglected her and the last one surrendered her to the shelter. She came to us with eye infection that we have treated but it is a shame the ex-owner did not care to treat it. Malia´s legs are crooked because she did not get nutritious food when she was growing. Now she need daily supplement with glucosamine, something like Flexadin, to support to health of her joints and bones.
Malia is an extremely gentle dog. People were not kind to her and she still loved them. She is very sweet and cuddly. A very quiet dog, she never barks, she is usually laying somewhere calmly and does not want to bother anyone. Very easy dog to have!
Malia is also social with other dogs. She walks well on the leash. She is used to living in a home, even if it was not a good home.
