Scarlett and another dog were found abandoned on the road leading to the shelter. Both very skinny, hungry, dehydrated and covered in ticks. A person stopped, opened the car and they run to her asking to be saved.
Scarlett is extremely sweet, gentle and cuddly. There are no words to describe her to show the sweetness. How could someone abandon such a lovely baby. People have no heart.
