Story, Personality, Others:
Fado and Paixao were found abandoned not far from the shelter but still far enough so noone from the shelter could see where people abandoned them. They were left in transport crates, much too small for them, left along the road leading to the shelter. Not visible from the shelter but a visitor driving to the shelter would notice. And this is what happened, someone noticed.
Days later we managed to identified that the dogs appeared on the street somewhere over 60 km from the shelter and were being fed by the local population although stayed on the street. Noone took them in but obviously someone came with an ingenious idea of delivering them to the shelter like this.
Fado and Paixao are extremely gentle. They are just big teddy bears that want to be petted, hugged and cuddled and they enjoy human attention. They seem social with other dogs although so far we only put them with a few but so far all they met, they just wanted to play.
They don´t walk yet on the leash.
