Elliot was brought to us over two years ago from an awful municipal pound. As he was small, cute and very sweet, he was immediately adopted. He was returned to us two years later because supposedly the daughter in the family became allergic. Maybe…
But it was like receiving not the same dog. Not the happy friendly Elliot we know. We got a scared and nervous dog that hides in the corners or under the chairs. What happened in this home? He must have been mistreated, neglected, isolated.
After a few weeks in the shelter Elliot is not like the same dog. He is still vary of strangers but for people he knows he is a sweet and trusting boy. In a home he will blossom.
Elliot is social with other dogs. No problems at all. He walks well on the leash. He lived in an apartment in the city.
