Riley was found on the road in the area of the shelter. He was skin and bones and he had a chain around his neck that had to be removed with pliers.

Poor puppy. Who keeps a puppy on the chain ?!

Riley still loves people… He is friendly, cuddly and likes attention. He is very playful and social with other dogs. He walks well on the leash.
