Snoopy lived in a yard of a person who did not care about him. In fact the neighbours told me that the man had a problem with alcohol abused and his two dogs were not even fed, the neigbours fed them. When one of the dogs got sick the neihgbours convinced the man to surrender them and this is how Snoopy and Tiffany came to the shelter.
Snoopy was very scared when he was brought, All his life he never left the small filthy yard he lived in so he was outside of his comfort zone and very scared. Noone could touch him, he wanted to bite everyone. This was the first day. The second and the third day he became resigned. Just sad, apathic and depressed. The he let anyone touch him, he just did not care, did not eat, did not walk. And after a few days he decided to try to overcome it…. The change was very quick. Soon he discovered that nothing was so bad and he actually liked the people that took care of him in the shelter. Now he is very loving and trusting with people he knows. Like another dogs. But still, with strangers he is quite scared and insecure although he just back off, he never tries to bite anymore.
With other dogs he is super friendly.
He walks well on the leash.
