Name: Sardi
Gender: F
Age: d-o-b: December 2019
Size: medium-big (20kg, 50cm)
Breed: Spanish galgo
Others: dewormed, vaccinated, sterilised
Story, Personality, Others:
Sardi was surrendered to the shelter by a hunter, he does not want her anymore. She is one of the most beautiful galgos we have ever had but she is quite nervous in the new environment. On the videos we have seen before she was brought to the shelter she looked comfortable with the people she knew and she was even very friendly with children. In a new place however and with people she does not know she is very nervous. We believed it is only a question of time and she will gain confidence.
She is used to the company of other dogs. She walks on the leash.
Just a note: I offered her name: Sardi. It’s a shortened version of the Portuguese word for “freckles.” 🙂
