Pingo came from a place where he was very neglected. The person who had him, had many dogs, all left to their own devices and at some point surrendered 4 to the shelter. Those 4 can be considered lucky, not so much the ones that stayed there. But here the “owner” can do what they want to their dogs.
Pingo is very sweet and gentle. Lovely with people and social with other dogs. Really sweet, mellow and calm. He walks well on the leash.
