Muriel was found on the street. She was in heat and there were many dogs behind her, then they started to fight and in the process Muriel also got bitten. She is so small… quickly she was covered in wounds and her ribs got broken, all those big dogs around her. This is what happens when people don´t sterilise their dogs and let them roam around, this is what happens in Portugal.

She was immediately taken to the vet where she healed, fortunately no surgery was needed.

Muriel is extremely gentle. She is quite shy at the first encounter, her muscles are all tight when we lift her but at the same she is very gentle and we trust in a home she would just blossom. She is also social with other dogs.
