Wigge was found on the highway, hit by a car but noone took responsibility, the car sped off as quickly as they could. The dog was taken to a vet but he was lucky to have survived, unfortunately his leg could not be saved. The back right leg was amputated. He quickly learnt to walk on 3 legs and he is doing pretty well.
Wigge had no chip so no owner could be identified and we can be sure they will not come forward, of course they will not want a dog with three legs.
Wigge is a very sweet boy and he deserves better. He deserves a loving home as he has lots of love to give and he does not blame anyone. He is gentle, obedient, friendly. He is good with all other dogs. He walks on the leash, no doubt he had a home.
