Hugo was found on the street with his brother and brought to the shelter. He was quickly adopted, a cute puppy like him. But after a month his owner decided to move abroad so he brought him back.
It seems for some people dogs are just pass time when it is convenient but not a commitment.
Hugo is a very friendly and gentle puppy. He is a little bit shy at the first encounter but he quickly overcomes it. In a home he would become a confident puppy in no time. He walks well on the leash and he already lived in a home. He is very friendly with other dogs.
