Story, Personality, Others:
A litter of puppies was surrendered to the shelter by their owners, all little girls. The irresponsible people did not sterilise the dogs, the dogs had puppies and the owners kept the puppies on a balcony. They lived in an apartment, they did not want to keep them inside, so they checked them out on the balcony for 3 months. Naturally, the neighbours complained and they managed to get police involved. So they got scared and brought the puppies to the shelter.
One of the girls is Thalia and she is a very sweet and gentle little girl. She is also very playful and lively, she has lots of energy. She likes attention and cuddles but she also likes company of other dogs and plays a lot. She would probably benefit from having a canine companion at home.
She is learning to walk on the leash which is now work in progress. She will certainly learn.
