Kim was found on the street with new born puppies and brought to us. She was very scared but at the same time she wanted to defend her puppies so she growled at us and showed her teeth. But with time she learnt to trust us and soon enough we were able to handle the puppies and she let us. She started to enjoy cuddles and now she is like another dog. Very sweet, gentle, submissive and she loves to be cuddled. She is friendly with other dogs. In unknown situations she can still get quite scared and she needs reassurance that everything is fine. When she knows someone, then she really trusts. With her it is simply a question of time to gain her confidence.
