Bugsy was found on the road near the shelter. He looked terrible – his fur was matted, overgrown and very dirty. He could hardly walk. He must have been neglected for a very long time. And badly treated, as it was impossible to touch him, he was scared and wanted to bite. The volunteers shaved his fur but they needed to put the muzzle on as he would not let them handle him.
Time has passed and Bugsy started to gain confidence. Now he is like a different dog. The people he knows, he let them do anything. He likes to be on the lap, he likes to be cuddled. He walks very well on the leash, one day he had a home and a normal life but we will never what happened.
He is brilliant with other dogs. Not afraid of any, he mixes with big dogs at ease while often small dogs are afraid. He is social, friendly and playful. In fact you would never give him the age he is – we don´t know his story so the age is the evaluation on the basis of the state of his teeth (that were cleaned since). So maybe he is younger.
He is a great little doggy and he deserves a loving home!
