Dash was brought to us from a hoarder. People that had dogs and then more dogs and they don´t sterilise them and they have more dogs and more dogs and no conditions to have them. Someone complained to the local municipal kennel and they did nothing, not even helped to sterilise the dogs, they just send the person to the private shelter and washed their hands.
Dash was quiet and submissive when he came. But with time he became more and more nervous. He is scared of people, he barks a lot and he likes to run behind people and nip their legs and when they turn and look at him, he runs away. He only trusts the people he sees every day, those that give him food and clean the place. He is social with other dogs though.
