This poor dog was surrendered to the shelter because his owners is unable to take care of him anymore (and she cannot even take care of herself in fact). The family was not able to help, they only solution they found was to deliver the dogs to the shelter (Snoopy and Billy).
Poor Snoopy, we are so sorry for him. He is extremely gentle, friendly, lovely with people and social with other dogs. He walks well on the leash. He is used to living in a home and it is all very confusing for him.
