Tico was surrendered by his owner to the shelter because he smelled bad and she could not stand it. She gave him a bath (she said) but it did not help.
Tico was very neglected when he came to us indeed. It was at home that he got so neglected. He had a skin problem that was resolved only after several bathings with special shampoo. And his teeth were rotten… He had to have a cleaning and 9 teeth were removed. He does not smell anymore and he is much happier. He eats well, even with the rest of the teeth he manages.
Tico is a sweet doggy, very calm and gentle. He likes cuddles and attention but mostly he just likes to relax and sleep. He gives you no work… so calm. He is used to living in a home and he is house clean and he walks well on the leash. He is social with other dogs.
