Story, Personality, Others:
King was found on the street when he was not even 1 year old. He was taken over by a local association. They placed him in a temporary home where he stayed for a year. It already seems strange that they did not manage to rehome him for over a year. He was still a young dog like many people want… A year has passed and finally a home appeared and he was rehome. But the home did not fit the dog. King became very attached to his new owner and felt he had to protect her from other family members so he was growling at them and they were afraid. He was given back. And the association that was responsible for him simply surrendered him to the shelter.
A dog that lived most of his life in a home… he is now so confused about being in the shelter. Association, people that are supposed to rescue and protect, tell me in what way they were better, in relation to King, than all those people that abandon dogs or dump them in the shelter? This is exactly what they did.
King is a lovely and gentle dog. He walks well on the leash, he is used to living in a home but he is also very energetic and need good exercise. He is obedient and gentle with people although we know he still needs some education.
