Joselle was dumped on us by a municipal pound who instead of developing themselves a policy of adoptions prefer to send dogs to private shelters. But they are the ones getting money for those dogs from the state, not private shelters. It is a abusive practice that everyone seems to approve.
What we know is that Joselle was removed by the municipal pound from a hoarder who had 25 dogs.
Joselle is a sweet and gentle dog. At the first encounter she is quite shy but once gained confidence she is a wonderful dog. All she needs is time and attention. Moreover, she is good with other dogs, she likes to be accompanied. And however insecure she feels, she is always extremely gentle with people.
