Phil was found on the street in June 2021 and brought to us. Since then noone ever enquired about him, not a single enquiry…. He is a lovely, friendly and gentle dog and he really deserves a home. He loves people, he loves attention and cuddles. He is very gentle. Always happy, always wagging his tail, not a gram of aggression. Just a cuddly teddy. He is also friendly with other dogs. He walks well on the leash.
