It is always sad when you loose your love ones. Then to be thrown out of your home because your loved one has died. Is inhumane and can not understand people who would do that to a helpless animal. We brought our handycapt Pekingese dog with us when we moved to Portugal last year but he died in november, I have had all kinds of animals all my life. As I was inthe pert buisness for 30 years in Iceland people would concider themselfs lucky if they were able to ask me for advice. Not that I did not want to help them but i just did not have the time. At 70 I would not have the strengt to have a German Shephard. I loved Max and he loved me double. The Pekingese did not need to run as much. I would like to visit your shelter someday.
