Story:
Someone abandoned Baker near the shelter, right at the gate like they often do. Baker was scared and he did not want to approach anyone. For days he was circulating. But he did not go far either as probably he was hungry and he knew he could eat there, he smelt food. We started to leave food outside for him and it took days to gain his confidence but finally he accepted to approach someone and be taken to the shelter.
In the shelter it took him some time to gain confidence but once he realised he was in a friendly environment he relaxes. Now he comes to us and we can walk him on the leash. He appreciates cuddles. He enjoys company of other dogs. Very gentle!
He is just a normal black dog, the type that no one notices but those dogs are equally loving and faithful as others and they also need homes….
