Strange story about Carmel…. A woman called the shelter saying that she adopted a dog from there a few months ago and did not want her anymore. She probably heard that the shelters take back the dogs… From the description the dog did not seem to fit so Milu went there to see, the dog was not from the shelter but the woman did not want her and what could Milu do…. the dog would end up otherwise on the street. So she brought the sweet Carmel to the shelter.
Carmel is very gentle and she wags her tail and gives kisses but she is also quite scared of people she does not know and she prefers to keep safe distance. She needs to go to a special home, with calm and patient people who will give her the time to adapt she needs. She is perfect with other dogs though.
