Nuvem is the gentlest thing ever. If you meet her in the shelter, she runs to you, she gives her head to cuddles and then she turns belly up. If there are many dogs around her, she lies down. She does not start a fight with anyone.
But outside of the shelter she is nervous, new things make her insecure. We don’t know anything about her past, she was found on the street but she is not a self confident dog.
She was adopted and spent a few weeks in a home but she was given back because she bit a cleaning lady that came to the house when Nuvem was alone. Well, she was defending her home. That was in 2016, she has been in the shelter since and she has never ever shown any aggressive behavior to anyone.
She is just shy when she does not know people. She needs someone patient and understanding, someone who would boost her self confidence and who could be support for her. There must be someone there for her!
