Teddy was found on the street. He actually had a chip registered but the data of the owner were invalid. The telephone is switched off and no one lives under the indicated address. The neighbours said that the couple moved out and left the dog behind. They also said that the dog was always neglected and mistreated and they have a video of the woman beating the dog with a broom.
That explains a lot. Teddy is quite shy and he does not trust easily. He flicks nervously at sudden gestures. But he is very gentle and with time he will gain confidence. People that know him can do anything to him.
He is used to living in a home and house clean.
