A person had over 70 dogs in her home in a completely uncontrolled situation – the dogs were not vaccinated and they were not neutered so the puppies were being born regularly, shy dogs were given no attention…
We have been helping to rehome dogs from this place – so far Cantinho da Milu accepted over ten dogs from there. We managed to rehome some but Fuas is still with us. He has actually been with us for over 2 years and the progress has been null – no one can touch him. He runs away. If cornered, he is scared but he shows his teeth. He likes goodies, so he will take them, even from the hand but this is as far as the contact goes.
Very, very mistrustful and scared….
