Lord was surrendered to the shelter in December 2014, he was only 1,5 year old. His owners were complaining a lot about him, the usual useless stuff produced by people who do not make any effort to educate the dog, he was too lively, he was nervous, he snapped at someone, he was not obedient.
Since then 8 years have passed. 8 years during which we have got to know Lord well. He is a very calm, gentle and quiet dog, especially the older he gets. He never barks. He is a bit careful with strangers but when he knows someone he just wants to be cuddles and fussed about. He has never ever snapped at anyone.
He is social with all other dogs. He walks well on the leash.
He has been in the shelter for a very long time. The older he gets, his chances of ever finding a home are getting smaller. People rarely adopt old dogs. It would be wonderful if he could spend his last years in a loving home but a miracle would have to happen.
